Fortify

The Fortify Series is an Injury Prevention and Strength Training program for athletes that doubles as an educational program for club programs and their coaches. 

 

We guide coaches through 8 months of Progressive Mini-Sessions that easily integrate into their weekly practices. Fortify provides you with a new list of movements each month for you to incorporate into the beginning of your practice sessions. Each month builds off the last to progress as your athletes grow and adapt to the movements.
