Private Training

Work 1-on-1 with a coach to achieve your individual goals. Progress at your own pace and coordinate sessions to fit your schedule. Ask about package deals for our best pricing options. 

Small group

Train together with other driven athletes in groups of 2-8. Ask about additional discounts for groups from the same club/team. 

Fortify

Fortify is an online injury prevention and strength training program that integrates into your teams weekly practice. This helps optimize each minute of practice as well as educate coaches.
